"Team Leader: Hawaii Edition" is a competitive reality show set in the stunning landscapes of Hawaii. The show features two military or retired military team leaders who guide a diverse group of civilian contestants through a series of military-simulated missions. The goal is to bridge the gap between civilians and soldiers, creating a real interest in joining the military while providing employment opportunities for retired soldiers.
10 finalists form two teams. Each week, the teams undergo rigorous training and compete in missions such as urban warfare, hostage rescue, wilderness survival, and more. Along the way, the contestants and team leaders share their inspiring personal stories, showcasing their growth and the camaraderie developed through their experiences.
